Delivery Costs All shipping and delivery will incur a calculated delivery fee that varies according to postcode in the checkout. Orders will then be delivered by a trusted, professional courier service: If your order does not go through online, it is because you require delivery to an area outside the delivery limits. This does not mean we won\'t deliver there, so please contact us for a quote. Delivery Times Once orders is placed it will be processed and despatched. (Please allow 2-3 Working Days). However, all products are subject to availability. Products will be delivered between 9 - 5pm, Mon-Fri on the day of delivery. If you require a more specific time, please contact your local Toll Ipec depot. We use a highly reputable external courier service, but occasional delays are experienced during delivery which are out of our control. As such we cannot accept responsibility for delays during carriage. We do not guarantee earlier times, but do our best to accommodate. Please make sure someone is available to sign for receipt of the order at your nominated delivery address on the expected day of delivery. If the order is not received when delivery is attempted it will not be left unattended and it will be your responsibility to contact your local Toll Ipec depot quoting your invoice reference number to arrange a suitable pickup/delivery which will be at your own cost. Orders Placed on Weekends All orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following working day (generally a Monday unless a public holiday coincides).
